How to Join.
Place a link to the club in your journal, add the club to your Dev watch, and send a note to the club, asking to join.

How to submit art.
Send a note to the club with a link to the art. It must, of course, have something to do with X-files. You must be a member of the club.

Please don't submit anything that includes spoilers for the new movie to the club, seeing as neither of the founders have seen it yet. ;-;
